Tonight the ballots will be tallied and new board members will join the board. Everyone is encouraged to attend the meeting tonight at 7PM at the Yacht Club to meet the new members and go over other issues on the agenda.

Today repairs begin on rusted railings and gates. Some of the posts have completely rusted through causing loss of rail support and gates that will not close.

UPDATE 9/19/2014 Work didn’t begin as planned on the 9TH. The welder is on site making the repairs today.

A recent break in the main water line (city main) in the firelane in front of building 19, has been repaired. The leak occurred at approximately 2:30PM Friday afternoon causing the asphalt to lift as water was forced up through the asphalt and on both sides of the street.
The City responded to the break promptly, repaired the leak and had the water back on that same evening. Thank you Benicia Public Works Department for your diligent work.
